Watching it light up the still earth and quietly bask the world in its soft and radiant glow. She couldn't help but to compare the ever watchful moon to the never caring sun. How the sun only worries about shining brighter and warmer each day, not caring who or what it burns and scorches in the process. Who or what it dries out in its relentless heat.
